What this document does
An agreement between a model, actor, voice artist, or other performer and the photographer, brand, producer, or agency booking them for a photo or video shoot, runway show, promotional event, or voice recording, covering the dates, call time, and location, what the talent will do, wardrobe and makeup, content limits, the session fee, overtime, usage fee, expenses, cancellation, and the talent's permission for the client to use their image, including a parent or guardian's signature when the talent is under 18. It is not an agency representation contract, an employment agreement, or a license of the photographer's copyright, and it does not replace any work permit or trust-account arrangement applicable law requires for a minor.
