Most users browse without logging in.
- Create and download documents freely
- No account or email required
- Form data stored temporarily in your browser only
- We collect anonymous analytics (page views)
Login is optional for saving documents.
- Uses secure Replit Auth (no password needed)
- We store: user ID, email, name, profile image
- Your saved documents are private to you
- You can request data deletion anytime
Information We Collect
For Anonymous Visitors
- Analytics Data: Page views, browser type, and general location (country/region) - all anonymous
- Session Data: Temporary cookies to keep the site working properly
- Form Data: Information you enter in document forms stays in your browser only - not sent to our servers unless you generate a document
For Logged-In Users
- Account Info: Your Replit user ID, email, name, and profile picture (received from Replit Auth)
- Saved Documents: Documents you choose to save are stored in our secure database
- Properties/Tenants: If you use property management features, that data is stored securely
Server Logs
Like most websites, our servers automatically record:
- IP addresses (for security and abuse prevention)
- Pages visited and response times
- Browser and device information
Server logs are used for security monitoring and are not linked to personal identities for anonymous users.
