LeaseCraft only stores your draft long enough for you to finish and download your document.

Unpaid drafts are automatically deleted after 7 days.
Paid documents are stored securely for 30 days so you can re-download them if needed.
After that, document files are automatically removed from our system.
We never store payment card details. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

You can also request deletion of your document data at any time.

Information We Collect

For Anonymous Visitors

Analytics Data: Page views, browser type, and general location (country/region) - all anonymous
Session Data: Temporary cookies to keep the site working properly
Form Data: Information you enter is sent to our servers only when you save a draft or generate a document — encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and encrypted at rest when configured

For Logged-In Users

Account Info: Your Replit user ID, email, name, and profile picture (received from Replit Auth)
Saved Documents: Documents you choose to save are stored in our secure database
Properties/Tenants: If you use property management features, that data is stored securely

Server Logs

Like most websites, our servers automatically record:

IP addresses (for security and abuse prevention)
Pages visited and response times
Browser and device information

Server logs are used for security monitoring and are not linked to personal identities for anonymous users.
