What is free vs. paid

You can preview your document on LeaseCraft at no charge. When you are ready for a watermark-free file, you pay a one-time fee (currently $4.99–$14.99 depending on the package you choose) through Stripe. There is no subscription.

Your payment unlocks the purchased download formats (PDF, DOCX, and/or bundle extras as listed at checkout) for the document you generated.

When refunds are available

• Duplicate charge — you were billed twice for the same document. Contact us with both Stripe receipt IDs.
• Technical failure — you paid but could not download a usable file after following the success-page instructions and our support troubleshooting steps.
• Wrong package purchased by mistake — contact us within 48 hours of purchase and before downloading, and we will review a partial refund or package adjustment.

When refunds are not available

• You successfully downloaded the paid file(s) for your document.
• You changed your mind after previewing — the preview is free so you can review content before paying.
• The document content does not match your expectations but was generated from the answers you provided.
• Legal outcomes — LeaseCraft provides document templates, not legal advice.

How to request a refund

Email leasecraft.net@gmail.com from the address used at checkout. Include your Stripe receipt or checkout session ID and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe.
