What is free vs. paid
You can preview your document on LeaseCraft at no charge. Watermark-free PDF and DOCX downloads come with a LeaseCraft Annual membership: $19.99/year, billed through Stripe. Renews at $19.99/year until cancelled. You can cancel the renewal from your account at any time and keep access until the end of the year you paid for.
Each document you unlock can be downloaded for 30 days after you unlock it.
When refunds are available
- Duplicate charge — you were billed twice for the same membership or document. Contact us with both Stripe receipt IDs.
- Technical failure — you paid but could not download a usable file after following the success-page instructions and our support troubleshooting steps.
When refunds are not available
- You successfully downloaded the paid file(s) for your document.
- You changed your mind after previewing — the preview is free so you can review content before paying.
- The document content does not match your expectations but was generated from the answers you provided.
- Legal outcomes — LeaseCraft provides document templates, not legal advice.
How to request a refund
Email leasecraft.net@gmail.com from the address used at checkout. Include your Stripe receipt or checkout session ID and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe.
Common questions
Does LeaseCraft charge for documents?
Preview is free. Downloading the watermark-free PDF and DOCX needs a LeaseCraft Annual membership, $19.99/year; the price is shown before you pay.
Can I get a refund after downloading?
Generally no — once you have downloaded a document you unlocked, the digital product has been delivered. Refunds are considered for duplicate charges and technical failures.
What happens to my membership if it is refunded?
A refunded membership is cancelled at the same time, so it ends when the refund is issued. Documents you already unlocked can still be downloaded until 30 days after you unlocked them.
