Revocable Living Trust
Create a revocable living trust with Schedule A, a certification of trust, a pour-over will and funding instructions, signed as your state requires.
What this document does
An individual, or a married couple together, creates a revocable living trust that holds their property during life, provides for incapacity and passes the property to the people they choose at death, with a Schedule A of trust property, a certification of trust, a pour-over will for each grantor and funding instructions, prepared with the signing formalities LeaseCraft has verified for the selected state. It does not transfer real estate or other titled property into the trust by itself (that needs separate deeds and account changes), it is not a tax-planning trust, and LeaseCraft prepares it only in states whose trust and will execution rules it has verified at the official source.
