What a Parking Addendum is

A parking addendum adds parking terms to a residential lease. It identifies the lease, the start date of the parking terms, and how long they last - usually for the remaining lease term unless ended earlier in writing.

The addendum LeaseCraft builds records the type of parking and the space, the vehicle, and any monthly parking fee, which is paid with the rent but kept separate from it.
